Twelve months ago Aaron Vitnell (pictured) was struggling to make an impact with the Bulldogs reserve grade side, forced to bide his time on the bench in a side that went on to collect the silverware at the end of the season.

The Cootamundra War Widows and Ex-servicewomen held their ‘Christmas in July’ luncheon at the Ex-services Club on Monday last. Co-ordinator of these Monthly Luncheons Mrs, Ailsa Ryan described the lunch as a social day allowing the women, who might not always be able to get out, the opportunity to socialise.
