What a fantastic time the Jenkins family had when they visited DisneyWorld, Florida, during the recent school holidays. Mum Toni Jenkins reports they spent 15 fun packed days in America and here pictured with Minnie Mouse at DisneyWorld are Annie, Kate and Charlie. WELCOME HOME.
15/10/2008 | HELPING Cootamundra’s youth along their educational and career pathway is the aim of the Cootamundra and District Country Education Fund.
The community initiative will be launched at the Cootamundra Ex-Servicemen’s Club this Friday night from 6pm, with all interested community members invited to discover more about the fund and its objectives.
The fund is only possible through the generous donation of former Bethungra resident and Cootamundra High School pupil Laurie Cowled.

There to greet him and say THANK YOU for his 30 years of dedicated service at the helm of his practice Rural Management Strategies were not only his family BUT clients who had travelled from as far as Lockhart, Ariah Park, Greenthorpe, Young, Grenfell and the Cootamundra district.

The Olympics may be over, but on Saturday September 6 a bus load of enthusiastic young people will leave Cootamundra bound for Olympic Park in Sydney to attend the “BIG EXO DAY, Youth Alive”
29/08/2008 | THE grandson of cricketing great Sir Donald Bradman, Tom Bradman, was in Cootamundra on Wednesday to reveal the bust of his grandpa, signifying the completion, to date, of the Captains’ Walk.
Also in Cootamundra for the event was Tom Bass, who sculpted the bust and school created the more recent busts.

27/08/2008 | TODAY marks Sir Donald Bradman’s 100th birthday. It is for this reason that August 27 was chosen to unveil the central attraction of the Captains’ Walk, a bust of the cricketing legend himself.

Oh, what a fun party took place at the Country Club last Saturday night to mark the 50th birthday of popular man Greg Bradley. Hosted by his wife Sue together with their sons Tom and Joe such a happy evening was had by all in attendance.
